One of my favourites, a beautiful ten mile there-and-back-again walk mainly along the clifftops, with great views on a clear day. If you only want to do it one way I would suggest timing your arrival with the local bus and catching the bus to the other end first so that you aren’t racing to finish the walk by a set time. The route can be walked in a little under two hours but usually it takes me a lot longer as there is so much to see. Toilets are available at either end but there are no other facilities along the route. The path is quite steep in places (although these are generally short sections), and in late summer the gorse can be a bit of a nuisance. If you do the walk in late April or early May you are likely to see various gulls and shags nesting along the cliffs.
