An interesting walk with some industrial archaeology to discover, along with a waterfall and mixed forestry. The route is easy to follow and some of the paths have been recently maintained, with the result that even on the wettest of days most of the route was relatively dry.
Note that there is a wheelchair accessible section highlighted on the noticeboard at the picnic area.
