Ancient thorn bushes line the side of the old road into Port William providing cover for plants and wildlife. Craigieburn Forest

A forest walk through the hills above Moffat on generally good paths/tracks. Note that there only seems to be the one route now waymarked – the longer option seems to have disappeared no doubt due to storm damage. When I walked it 19/3/24 How long it took me 1:10 How far I walked 4.5 km
